the lobby features an espresso machine that isn't automatic offering real coffee. my upgraded room surprised me with charm and character and included a nescafe professional machine.

some issues with the stay

faulty air conditioningstale breakfast

the room was clean, but i founded the air conditioning didnt work properly. it was difficult to sleep because the room was too warm, and i had notify the reception multiple times before someone came to check, this delayed my rest a lot. also, i noticed the breakfast buffet wasnt as fresh. the fruit seemed like it had been sitting out for a while, this was disappointing, because i expected a better quality.

crowded poolsclosed pool

i found that the cold pool was closed. why close it this time of year?? ALL of the hot pools felt very crowded. if it is a spa resort, then why let day customers use ALL the spa areas? they should reserve one or two heated pools just for overnight guests. it would give us a more private environment.
