This spa resort offers an incredible experience with its vast and stunning grounds, unique thermal baths, and quality dining options. The breakfast and lunch were highlights, often delicious and satisfying. However, the crowded atmosphere during peak hours can detract from the tranquil spa experience, making it less relaxing than one might hope.

Rooms
8.0
The Caracalla suite was spacious and well-appointed, though there were no specific comments on temperature control.
Service
6.0
Service could be improved as there were moments of neglect and overcrowding led to a less personalized experience.
Location
7.0
While the hotel's location offers tranquility away from the hustle of downtown Rome, it can become crowded with locals during special events.
Dining
9.0
The dining experience was delightful, particularly the breakfast buffet, which featured a variety of delicious options.
Facilities
7.0
The spa facilities, including multiple pools and thermal baths, were exceptional but often overcrowded, detracting from relaxation.

7.0/10

The hotel boasts stunning grounds and multiple pools, creating a beautiful setting for relaxation. However, it can get quite crowded, especially on weekends, which detracts from the overall experience. The spa services were less than satisfactory, particularly the massages, which I found to be very disappointing. Dining options were decent, but some improvements could be made in variety, especially for coffee and pastries.

Rooms
6.0
While the rooms had a nice outdoor patio and were well-stocked with coffee, they felt a bit outdated for the price we paid.
Service
5.0
The service was hit or miss; at times it felt quite amateurish, especially with the massages and the turn-down service involving odd notes.
Location
9.0
The location is excellent, just 10 minutes from the airport, surrounded by greenery, making it feel more like a countryside retreat than an airport hotel.
Dining
7.0
Dining was quite good overall, with a decent breakfast buffet that could use better coffee and fresher pastries.
Facilities
8.0
Facilities include beautiful grounds and multiple pools, though they can get overcrowded on weekends. The unique thermal baths were also a nice touch.

I had a very mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were nice and well-appointed, but the service left much to be desired, especially from the hotel staff. The location near the airport is a significant plus, making it convenient for travelers, while the spa and restaurant offered memorable experiences. However, there were days when the hotel felt overcrowded and the overall service was lacking.

Rooms
8.0
The accommodations were comfortable and nicely decorated, making for a pleasant stay, but they could be better maintained.
Service
5.0
Unfortunately, the service from the hotel staff was not helpful and at times very unaccommodating, which detracted from the experience.
Location
9.0
The hotel is conveniently located just 10 minutes from Fiumicino Airport, which is ideal for travelers on the go.
Dining
9.0
The restaurant offered excellent food and the staff there were fabulous, which made dining an enjoyable experience.
Facilities
7.0
The spa and pool area were nice, but crowded on weekends, and I wish the spa services were more accessible without the additional costs.

I had a wonderful time at this spa resort, surrounded by beautiful grounds with extensive gardens and pools that offered a peaceful environment to relax. The spa treatments were genuinely excellent, particularly my massage, which left me feeling rejuvenated. However, the noise levels in the thermal baths were quite disruptive, and at times, it felt overcrowded, especially during happy hour when many non-guests were allowed in. Overall, a lovely experience, but be prepared for moments that may take away from the tranquility.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were pretty standard and lacked any special character, with an odd vibe from all the guests walking around in robes.
Service
5.0
The service felt a bit lacking in attentiveness, and at times, staff seemed to carry an air of indifference towards requests.
Location
7.0
While the location is extremely close to the airport, it is often crowded with day-use visitors, which can detract from the overall experience.
Dining
8.0
I didn't have much chance to explore the dining options, but the breakfast had a good variety of food that looked appealing.
Facilities
7.0
The extensive facilities, especially the thermal baths, were impressive, but the overcrowding was a downside that impacted the experience.

Our stay at QC Termeroma was a unique experience. The serene grounds and elaborate spa really captured the essence of a Roman retreat, making it a perfect spot to unwind before our flight. However, the dining options fell short of expectations, and the air of superiority from some staff members was quite off-putting. Additionally, the airport shuttle situation could be improved to enhance convenience for guests. With these pros and cons, I'd say it’s worth a visit if you’re after relaxation.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms featured a lovely design, including a unique spiral staircase, making for a charming atmosphere, though slightly dated.
Service
6.0
Service at the restaurant was hit or miss, with some staff lacking warmth while others were delightful and attentive.
Location
9.0
The hotel is conveniently located just a short distance from the airport, yet feels like a tranquil escape surrounded by nature.
Dining
5.0
While the food was passable, the dining overall didn't live up to the high expectations set for a luxury resort, with higher than average prices for meals that were only okay.
Facilities
9.0
The spa facilities, with their various pools and relaxation spots, were wonderful and a major highlight of our stay.
